A 10K bronze constant flow regulator valve.
[Features]
· Does not require low-noise mechanisms or soundproofing measures.
· The constant flow rate mechanism (Japan patent) achieves low-noise. Therefore, the noise level of the heat dissipation valve unit is lower than the allowable noise level that is specified in specifications for the construction of mechanical equipment, which are commonly used by government agencies. Accordingly, no soundproofing measures are required.
· The constant flow mechanism utilizes a special silicon rubber orifice and a needle that enable the regulator to be set for a wide range of flow rates. In addition, the pressure difference range is within 0.05–0.49 MPa. Therefore, it can maintain an accuracy of the ±10% (3/min) relative to the set flow rate.
· This product complies with the standards for constant flow rate valves in fan coil accessory equipment as prescribed by the public construction standard specifications (Mechanical Equipment Construction Edition).
· The simple structure of the constant flow rate mechanism utilizes a special silicone rubber. Therefore, there are no swelling or elastic degradation effects to obstruct the actual usage. Furthermore, no malfunctions or failures due to contamination occur in the spring control method, which also provides excellent durability.- CAD ：
