■ F50, F55
· Holders for fixing mirrors, plate beam splitters, and lenses, etc. The tilt (θy, θz) can be finely adjusted.
· Fine movement of ±4° to 6° is possible, in both θy and θz, by tightening the clamp. Loosening the clamp, allows for coarse movement (adjustment) over 360°.
· A gimbal structure in which the center of rotation and the center of the mirror always coincide when making fine or coarse adjustments.
· The included standard rod is ø 20, and has a length of 60 mm. However the rod length can be changed. The holder's screw holes are M6P = 1. A40 to A42 rods can be used.
· Mirror Holder F50: For the feeding method, A-type micrometer heads and an E-type screw system are available.
· Horizontally operated type mirror holder F55: Due to the unique horizontal operation method (the operation system is installed in a horizontal direction), the user can operate it without going in front of the optical axis with their hands. A proximity specification is also available.
■ F52
· A holder for fixing mirrors, plate beam splitters, and lenses, etc. The tilt (θy, θz) can be finely adjusted in the two axial directions.
· The tilt (θy, θz) of the two axes can be finely adjusted by ±2° or ±3° (F52).
· A gimbal structure in which the center of rotation and the center of the mirror always coincide when making fine or coarse adjustments.
· Items such as mirrors are attached and removed using a threaded ring. Includes a resin protective ring.
