· An oil-free bearing for high loads with an embedded plug that was manufactured using a carefully selected solid lubricant and has a copper alloy base.
· The base metal and plug can be selected based on the application and usage conditions.
· Maintenance-free, so it does not require an oil supply.
· Excellent abrasion resistance properties.
· Demonstrates excellent abrasion resistance properties in area where it is difficult to use oil film shapes such as with sliding movement, intermittent movement, and back and forth movement in high load and low speed movement conditions.
· Low friction coefficient.
· Can be used over a wide range of low to high temperatures
· The shape and size can be freely designed.
· Excellent corrosion resistance and chemical resistance.
· Can be used in area where it is difficult to supply oil such as in generated gases, liquids that require chemical resistance and metal bases, sea water, and river water.
· Has excellent abrasion resistance.
