Ultradünne flexible Diamantfeile
· Flat file with double-sided diamond coating on a flexible substrate.
· Due to extremely thin blades with less than 1 mm thickness, it is possible to process narrow grooves and narrow gaps that cannot be processed with conventional diamond file.
· Base material of file uses spring steel; therefore it is soft and strong while lightweight.
[Applications]
· For polishing the narrow gaps and grooves that cannot be processed with the conventional files.
· For curved surface polishing.
· For the machining of slit parts.
· Polishing when interfering obstacles are present.
(i)Hinweis
- Be sure to wear safety equipment such as dustproof glasses, masks and protective gloves during work. Use with a light touch on the workpiece, and wash well with a brush if clogged.
