Härtevergleichsplatte Vickers
Der Impuls für Ihre Prozesssicherheit! Die tägliche Überprüfung durch den Anwender ist in den entsprechenden Härteprüfnormen beschrieben und leistet einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Qualitätsmanagementprozess.
Bei der täglichen Überprüfung werden alle Parameter des Härteprüfsystems, die zum Härtewert führen, durch Eindrücke auf dem Härtevergleichsmaterial überprüft.
Diese periodische Überprüfung der Maschine anhand von Härtevergleichsmaterialien sollte unmittelbar vor dem täglichen Start des Prüfprogramms erfolgen.
Eine entsprechende Dokumentation erhöht die Prozesssicherheit, da Wertverschiebungen aufgrund von Beschädigungen oder Fehlfunktionen leicht erkannt werden können. Darüber hinaus kann mit den Härtevergleichsmaterialien auch die Wiederholbarkeit der Ergebnisse des Härteprüfgerätes überprüft werden.
Mitutoyo bietet ein umfangreiches Sortiment an Härtevergleichswerkstoffen (Härtevergleichsplatten) in verschiedenen Werkstoffen mit Härtegraden von 80HV bis 2100HV an, das perfekt zu Ihrem Qualitätsmanagement passt.
Die Toleranz für den Nennwert von Härtevergleichsplatten aus Stahl und Aluminium beträgt ± 25HV (Gilt nicht für Hartmetallwerkstoffe). Bei Hartmetall-Referenzwerkstoffen kann der tatsächlich kalibrierte Wert deutlich höher liegen.
Mitutoyo-Referenzmaterialien: High-End-Qualität Made in Germany - Unabhängige DAkkS-Kalibrierung nach DIN EN ISO 6507 bzw. ASTM E92 in einem akkreditierten Labor. Große quadratische oder rechteckige Fläche mit großem Platzvorteil gegenüber dreieckigen oder runden Härtevergleichsplatten. Kurze Lieferzeit und MPE "Maximal zulässiger Fehler" des Härteprüfsystems eingraviert (gilt für Hartmetallwerkstoffe) - alle relevanten Informationen auf einen Blick. Liegen die Diagonallängen außerhalb der 20 µm-Grenze der ISO 6507, wird das Referenzmaterial ausschließlich mit ASTM E92 Kalibrierzertifikaten geliefert.
