Kugelgewindetriebe（Präzisionskategorie：C5）
Der MISUMI Online Shop bietet eine große Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Kugelgewindetrieben. Die große Vielfalt an Enden der Kugelgewindespindeln bieten für nahezu allen Anwendungen eine passende Konstellation. Auch die vielseitigen Formen wie Blockform, Rundflansch, Quadratflansch und Kompaktflansch der Kugelgewindemutter vergrößern das Einsatzspektrum der Kugelgewindetriebe. Die Kugelgewindespindeln sind in Stahl gerollt oder geschliffen und bis zu 62HRC gehärtet. Die Kugelgewindemutter ist auch in LTBC-Beschichtung wählbar, damit diese vor Korrosion und Verschleiß geschützt ist. Bei MISUMI finden Sie Kugelgewindetriebe in den Präzisionsklassen von C0 bis C10 und mit unterschiedlich großem Axialspiel. Kugelgewindetriebe vorgespannt können nahezu null Axialspiel aufweisen. Die Kugelumlaufspindel ist in den Außendurchmessern von 6 bis 32 mm mit den Steigungen 1 bis 32 mm verfügbar. Die Länge der Kugelumlaufspindel ist von 100 bis 2000 mm konfigurierbar.

· This rotary ball screw is a rotary ball screw unit with a unified structure made up of a ball screw nut and a support bearing.
· The support bearing is a large angular bearing with a contact angle of 60° that provides rigidity in the axial direction where more balls are placed.
· The BLR type is available in precision ball screw and rolled ball screw specifications.
· Smooth operation: provides smooth operation in comparison to the straight line movement of rack and pinion systems.
